The Open Source community never ceases to amaze me with the quality and amount of Graphic Design Software and Online Tools that are available for Free. The Open Clip Art Library is a Web Site where you can choose from a Huge collection of High Quality Clip Art.

Much of the Clip Art is SVG Vector Graphics Format, which means that it can be Scaled to any Size. You also get a choice of what type of file format you wish to download, offering .png files as an alternative. Once you have downloaded the Clipart you can add the Image to whatever Graphics Project you are working on.

The Clip Art is Tagged in groups and Categories so it's easy to find what you are looking for.

The SVG Clip Art can be opened in Inkscape (free Open Source Vector Illustration Program) or Adobe Illustrator. Once opened you can then edit the files and change colors, linework etc. Scribus is also a Desktop Publishing Program released on the Open Source Licence. Scribus allows you to add SVG files to any document you are working on and is an excellent program for producing Books, Brochures and Documents for quality print production.
